• responsible for the operation of ASPECT as a non-profit society
• develops and maintains relationships with government officials in regards to advocacy issues
• represents the agency and membership in professional associations and community groups
• reports to the Board of Directors of ASPECT

• responsible for coordinating employment program subcontracts throughout the province
• ensures that subcontractors have the information and knowledge about the programs in order to deliver exemplary programming
