2011 is the Year for Implicit Career Search Training!

With the upcoming changes to service delivery in this province it is the right time for your agency to learn more about 'The Implicit Career Search'  (ICS) a career decision making and planning program that has been achieving the results required by the BC Employment Program for the last fifteen years.

The ICS process provides participants with systematic, concrete methods to help them refocus their behaviours and emotions.  Detailed action plans are developed that result in positive changes in these areas. Certification enables you to deliver Implicit Career Search in your community.
