What is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator?
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality assessment based on the psychological theory of Carl Jung. The MBTI is the most widely used assessment tool in the world.
The MBTI identifies the preferences of individuals as it relates to perception, how you take in information, and judgment, how you make decisions. Knowing the different ways people function and interact can help explain how people relate to each other, draw energy, make decisions and much more. The results will aid professional and personal development and greatly enhance leadership skills.

Participants will be given the opportunity to share their types with the group. Through activities and discussion learn how these differences affect the day to day operations of the organization and office dynamics.
Organizations dealing with change can use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to gain an in-depth look at the relationship between type preferences and organizational change. The MBTI identifies the preferred ways people take in information and make decisions. Understanding individual types within the organization can assist in initiating change, dealing with resistance and effective communication. The workshop presents practical tips and guidance for each type.
Help individuals understand how their MBTI results relate to their contributions on a team. This includes information on how individuals of each type typically contribute to a team, and how they can maximize effectiveness on a team. Team exercises and activities will highlight team dynamics and individual participation.
