Employability Skills CurriculumEmployability skills are essential to successful employment. This curriculum teaches personal management skills such as positive attitudes and behaviours. Lesson plans and practical exercises address issues of responsibility, adaptability and teamwork.

Based on the Employability Skills 2000+ Profile developed by The Conference Board of Canada, users frequently comment that they have never found a curriculum so fundamentally important to achieving employment.

This curriculum provides basic, universal employment and personal management skills. Employers and HR departments constantly cite these as minimum and mandatory requirements for successful candidates.
