Supporting Transitions: Putting the Principles of Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition to Work

Presenter: Susan Simosko, Susan Simosko Associates, Inc. Sidney, BC

This highly interactive workshop will enable participants to incorporate the concepts and tools of prior learning assessment and recognition (PLAR) into all aspects of their work—from supporting work and career transitions to motivating individuals to actively explore new educational and training options. The workshop will include success stories and examples of good practice from around the world.
