Survey of Canadian Not-for-Profit Executives shows gender gap

The Canadian Society of Association Executives has released its 29th annual survey of not-for-profit executives across the country. The survey is widely hailed as the most complete and in-depth benefits and compensation survey for the not-for-profit sector in Canada. Survey results point to a gender gap in the salaries of CEOs with male executives earning significantly higher than their female counterparts.
