      <title>Lunch &amp; Learn - Foundations in Career Wellbeing Certificate with Douglas College (September 10, 2026)</title>

&lt;p data-start="494" data-end="668"&gt;This month, join Seanna Quressette from Douglas College.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p data-start="670" data-end="785" style="line-height: 24px;"&gt;Come find out about a program that is designed to give you the tools to work with whoever walks through the door for a career conversation. You will learn about the FCWC (Foundations in Career Wellbeing Certificate)&amp;nbsp;program. We will explore key concepts of working in trauma-informed ways in career development, and learn new ways to work that support you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 24px;"&gt;You will leave with new words in your lexicon of trauma-informed practice and reflect on case studies. You will get to sample a bit of each of the five courses in the program that are designed to support you in your work with clients facing trauma and mental health challenges.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 24px;"&gt;Seanna is a trained trauma therapist and a CCDP with over forty years of&amp;nbsp; experience in the sector. Seanna helped design the Foundations program to assist CDPs with the real challenges facing you at work.&lt;/p&gt;
