ASPECT WORKBC PRIME CONTRACTORS Virtual Discussion 

At our last WorkBC leaders-only session, we discussed different ways of handling sick time, supporting staff, and dealing with staffing challenges in delivering the WorkBC contracts.  

This member meeting we will discuss the following topics:

1. Customized Employment and training staff for these positions.
   
2. Job Pay Scale -- is it time to undertake an anonymous survey? If so, what questions would you like answered?

This member discussion is for executive directors, directors of employment, and those who are responsible for making decisions staffing the WorkBC contract.
