| Jennifer Nichol, Interim CEO Jen brings a steady, collaborative and practical leadership approach to ASPECT BC. With a deep understanding of the organization, its members and the realities of community-based employment services, Jen is known for turning ideas into workable action. Her leadership is grounded, adaptable and values-driven, with a strong focus on keeping ASPECT responsive, connected and moving forward in service to its members and the communities they support. Jen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and brings more than 10 years of progressively responsible non-profit experience, 20 years of business and operations experience, and lived experience with some of the challenges people face while navigating their careers. These experiences have shaped her commitment to reducing unnecessary barriers and building practical, accessible pathways for people in our communities at every stage of life. Janet Morris-Reade, Project Manager for BC Social Care Training Project Janet has been leading membership-serving nonprofit associations for nearly 20 years. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience to provide leadership, education, advocacy, and public awareness in support of community-based workforce development service providers. Passionate about community-building, she has her Master's Degree in Community Development at the School of Public Administration, University of Victoria. |
