Work BC Advisory Committee

Please note that this meeting is for prime contractors only. Opportunities for sub-contractors and non-contractors to meet will take place in a separate meeting as yet to be determined.

Work BC contractors will meet to discuss the current contracts to identify what is working, what needs improvement, and what we would like to see for future contracts. Some meetings will be for prime contractors and some meetings will be for subcontractors. 

At this meeting, we will discuss the WorkBC contract extensions and review the initial draft of the WorkBC Advisory Committee report.

ASPECT will serve as an administrator to these meetings, but the content will be wholly member-driven to inform and support advocacy to funders.

Goals

• Proactively discuss and identify what is working with the current Work BC contract as well as what needs improvement.
  
• Focus on problem solving and collaboration with the funders.
  
• Create content for a white paper to inform government for future contracts and to present at the ASPECT Conference

This meeting, we will review the draft white paper and follow up on some earlier initiatives.
