When we asked for your feedback after last year’s conference, you were clear: accessibility matters.
In response, we’ve reimagined the 2026 ASPECT Conference to create more flexible ways to learn, connect, and participate, no matter where you are.
For those who want to attend the full two-day conference, join us in Victoria at the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort. For those who may not be able to travel or step away from their work, we are introducing a new option: a one-day virtual “Whole Team Learning” track, designed to bring the conference directly to you and your team.
Whether you attend in person or online, you will have access to session recordings for up to three months following the conference. We are also encouraging presenters, where possible, to pre-record their sessions to expand the range of content available to virtual participants.
We are offering Extreme Early Bird pricing for both the in-person and virtual formats until May 1.

Opportunities to Sponsor & Exhibit
We could not deliver the ASPECT Conference without the support of our sponsors and exhibitors. This year, we are also offering virtual sponsorship opportunities, creating new ways to connect with participants attending online.
We are also introducing a new system, PheedLoop, to make registration, presentation submissions, and sponsorship processes more efficient and user-friendly. You will be able to manage your registrations, make changes, and stay up to date without needing to go through the ASPECT office. Of course, our team is always here to support you.
