Please join us for session 4 of 5 in the popular ‘Recruiter’s Edge’ series. This session will cover the following material in an interactive and informative session:

  • Ways bias presents itself for the Employer and the Job Seeker
  • How do we get past it, and get our client’s the jobs they deserve?

You will walk away with a greater understanding of what IS hiring bias, and what role you can play in supporting your clients and the employer in this journey, take home PDF's on what to say when working with employers and solidifying your message. Attendees will be able to walk away with real scripts and tools to use as ways to get their client’s hired while fostering inclusivity from the employers they work with.

About the Presenters: 

Megan Hamlet is the face of Ethos Career Management Group's Learning Innovation, Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Training. With a background in Business Administration and Marketing and over a decade of employment in the Tech industry with Amazon, Megan can be found in webinars, with clients, searching out cool tools, discovering new trends, and imaging creative ways to make things happen.


Kim Donaldson is a CPHR Candidate and Career Facilitator with the Neil Squire Society. Kim is an ex-international athlete and leverages her HR knowledge and relationship building skills to provide career development services to persons with disabilities. She recently presented at the DWC 2020 Conference on The Business Case for Hiring Persons with Disabilities, and was the runner up recipient of BCCDA’s & Careerwise “Article Contest.”
