Lindsay has extensive experience in governance, policy development, and credentialing, and recently led the implementation of an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system for the program. Lindsay is passionate about building fair, evidence-based certification systems that strengthen professional standards and support lifelong learning.
The National Career Development Certification program provides a consistent Canadian standard for recognizing the competencies of Career Development Professionals. This presentation outlines eligibility requirements, the assessment process, designation maintenance, and the benefits of the nationally recognized CCDP® designation in strengthening professional credibility, public trust, and lifelong learning.
