This Lunch & Learn series is a monthly opportunity for frontline career development professionals (CDPs) to connect, share ideas, and strengthen professional practice. This month, join Roberta Borgen and Cassie Taylor from Life Strategies Ltd.
Ethical dilemmas never have clear answers; they demand reflection, judgment, and ongoing practice. Ethical competence isn’t achieved through a single training—it’s strengthened through continual engagement and dialogue around real world ethical dilemmas. This lunch-and-learn session provides a rapid-fire refresher revisiting core principles and offers an opportunity to practice navigating complex situations with integrity.

Roberta Borgen (Neault) is an internationally recognized career development scholar and practitioner whose work advances ethical practice through reflective judgment, cultural humility, and practical frameworks that support integrity in complex professional contexts.

Cassie brings over 15 years of experience, supporting CDPs through research, training, and resource development. Collaborating with advisory groups, she enhances service delivery by integrating culturally informed, tailored practices, ensuring impactful outcomes in diverse career development settings.
