As we pivot into our new online reality of online and virtual services, we stand either ready to engage, unsure of how to proceed, or stuck in place with fear. With pandemics such as COVID-19 and availability of modern technology as a service delivery tool, it is essential that Career Professionals have the support and tools they need to work effectively in this reality.
We will explore the industry move into online client service delivery, the ways we create engaging content and the methodologies for delivering in this environment. Attendees will take away the ability to better understand how to retain their valuable content, while still proceeding to an online environment with confidence.
About the Presenters:
Megan Hamlet has been called the “Fix it Queen” by organization where she has worked, throughout her career. She brings a background of Business Administration, Marketing and Business Development to her latest role with ETHOS Career Management Group Ltd. She has worked for firms such as Goodlife Fitness, Amazon, Freedom 55 Financial, and Hired Guns Creative. She has worked in project management roles, business development, strategic partnerships, change management, and personnel management. She has been an invaluable asset with program management, client retention, intake revival, and achieving milestones in the new outcome-based models.
Tanya Logan, B.A., B.Ed, B.Ed Grad Diploma (In Progress) will be presenting the ‘Creating Engaging Content’ webinar, generously hosted by ASPECT. Tanya Logan brings a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and is completing her Online Learning Specialist designation this summer. She is moving forward to obtain her Masters in Educational Leadership. She is a teacher with school district 71, and is currently working with ETHOS as a Learning Specialist on our Learning Innovation Team. She will provide her experience and knowledge in creating engaging online content from existing material as well as creating new material. You will get a true on the ground presentation of what it takes to further develop your curriculum development skillsets in an online environment.
